A wise – and very successful leader – once told me: “In order to move forward I set out to gain at least two new skills each year… two skills that make me a better person so I can be a better leader”. You will find that I am personally as dedicated to continuous personal growth as my clients are because I believe in order to help my clients grow I need to be in the “Grower Mindset” myself.

My passion lies in working with professionals who are curious, enjoy playing an active part in their own growth, and consider self-development to be at the root of their success and well-being. In order to gain a competitive edge it is essential for professionals to strive for both professional and personal excellence.

A few years ago, when I interviewed highly accomplished entrepreneurs on their experience of becoming successful for my Ph.D. study in Organizational Psychology I learned that the most successful entrepreneurs shared a distinct mindset: Their ability to grow their businesses in such an impressive manner was deeply rooted in their continuous curiosity to learning something new and their dedication to translate this knowledge into a vision for others.

Their actions were anchored in a core-centered, authentic and value- and purpose-driven mindset that allowed them to lead from the inside out. In my work I support leaders with a blend of innovative and highly effective tools and techniques and newest research findings to adopt this mindset of Centered Leaders.
